Campbelltown oval is a great oval steve lots of room.....

can we get an exhaust sound off goin aswell?

No luck with Campbelltown oval ([censored] cricket)

Some other locations on the agenda for contact next week include Prospect oval just off main north rd, the fenced oval on brighton rd across from sacred heart college, west beach reserve across rd from airport near the boat ramp.

Might have to have a talk with Mr. Port Mayor (Gary Johasson = Mr. Paint Supplies) see if we can close a street of for the day ????? (like the drag racing petion)

Ok have had meetings with Grange Recreation Reserve Cnr Military Rd and Trimmer Pde at Grange

This place looks the goods is fully fenced (short walk to grange jetty and the beach) plenty of room for 200 commodores. Use google earth to zoom in on this location or drive past and have a look at the high profile location.

Have to tie up some loose ends inc Charles Sturt Council (parking and media permits) Grange ovals board (permits/entrants gate entry via Fort St) liability insurance (requirement) and risk management citeria (confirmed 06-07-2009)

Did you want me to print a heap of the entry forms for people to start giving them out? I can do them through work @ no charge.

Also i do believe i have secured a WONDERFUL woman (kiss kiss ass) to do some face painting and possibly also some spray on tattoos for gold coin donation on the day also. I told her we will feed her and supply her drinkies (non bundied).....lol.....and she said no drama. I just have to confirm dates with her.

Will fill you in on that more when all is confirmed properly. And i have got her drunk and she has signed the waver!...lol....

Also i have got a butcher on board who is going to give us super cheap priced meat for the day to cut overheads considerably. (still pushing him for free but this will take some persuading!!! ).......

Thats all up to date, oh wait and will send Richard down to one of the sponsors with forms on wednesday to sign seal and deliver him too!
