| You're on!! Whats happening with AIR lately? I heard they're going to start "Off Street Racing" again? Would be good if there was a meet on whilst I'm down there, but would have to line up a workshop to help me out with slicks etc | |

| AIR needs a change of owner desperatly! They have resurfaced the track, but no word on street meets yet? If the graveyard (AIR) ever re-opens for streeters we will look into holding a All Commodore Day Drag meet. Im with you I feel the need for speed a 1/4 mile at a time Gazzanats in mid October will be using the track for dial in drags at AIR I hear on the grape vine edit; same grapevine is Gazzanats broke ??? Cant wait for a spin in that weapon of yours (slicks or no slicks) | |

| Ok update time Got the Haltec ECU installed yesterday by Brad at Enhanced, then dyno tuned on the Mainline dyno ... results = 170 rwkw @ 5,330 rpm @ 140 kph with 683.2 Nm @ 90 kph of torque not bad figures for a 5lt (oh and just for Gav had about 16 runs on dyno used $70.00 worth of BP ultamite) remebering that the mainline dyno reads lower than all other Adelaide dynos, we are expecting 195 ish rwkw from the beast and by the time ive reached 140 kpm (gets there real quick) the race is run anyways have a few issues with idle atm warm motor idle running a bit high, so it goes back this week because the ecu is now reprogramable 2 more mods to go icluding 75mm Ls1 throttle body with custom made CAI and bigger injectors (I say that now, but were all chashing horsepower aint we) | |

| That would be around 195 rwkw on some other dynos, not bad. My VY pulled 188.3 rwkw at the Autobarn Mt Barker Dyno day in March, got Brad to do a mail order tune in May, he didnt have a dyno at that time so I took it around to Morpowa for a run and it pulled 200.7 rwkw and feels a lot quicker off the mark and gear changes are harder. Ran it on Brad's new dyno on his last dyno day and it only pulled 176 rwkw? he said I need extractors etc (comming soon). | |

| The mainline Dyno will certainly produce smaller numbers than most others, on brads i got 254 but he reckons it could be anywhere up to 300 on some others.... | |

| Yes couldnt wipe the smile from my face with 170 kw from the mainline dyno (nearly the same as your LS1 Gav but not yours Dave ) the last 2 mods should put it into the low 200 rwkw on other Adelaide dynos yippee The VH is probally half a tonne lighter than both of your cars So give me a straight line of a quater mile with timeing system and look out dynos and rwkw are a tuning device | |

| Think so Gav And I dont think so Cliff VH is back in the ENHANCED workshop running like a pig on cold motor, can hardly stop it from stalling and on warm motor idle is a bit high, Brad will fix, he talked me into a COME racing manifold with twin throttle bodies here we go again, it never ends | |
